You might have wondered where all the knitterly goodies have gone.. Well I have been working on something huge!

I have been designing and teaching!

This monster was knit in the round without having to seam.

On My Shelf

I love the way the author describes the knit store owners display of yarns. Sounds gorgeous just from the description.

In My Pot

I recently discovered Teavava at a local mall. Even though the tea is pricey, it's the best tea I've ever tasted. I bought a half pound of chai blend and some German Sugar to go with it. Fabulous stuff!

Camping = Knitting

Also started another lace shawl.

I can even knit by lantern light (:

Progress before I ran out of yarn.

But I did get a lot of knitting done.

Camping at Kellogg Creek

I love camping!

In Boy Scouts, for every event, there is a rose and there is a thorn.

~

I'll start with my personal thorn. (:

This is the trail to the bathroom. (Note the 3 foot steps)

~

Or, if you don't like the steps, you could take this lovely path of hidden stairs that goes by that creepy shed/house in the background.

~

Ryan taking in the whole concept of this bathroom. Later we observed that there was blood everywhere in that bathroom. Suffice to say, we chose to use the porta-potties.
