One of favorite Impressionist paintings.

Sink or Float

We did an experiment on the density of water. This is fresh water.

~

This is salt water. Salt water has more density and therefore, things will float.

~

We also did an experiment on weathering.

What happens when you freeze and egg filled with water?

It cracks.

Just like the rocks on the side of road that fall off when water gets in them and freezes, water will expand when frozen.
