Planes, Trains, and RVs

This weekend was another boyscout camping trip. We went to Lake Worth and camped at John Prince Park. It was quite different than the Hammocks. I have to say that the Hammocks was my favorite spot so far. I am really looking forward to camping at Billie Swamp next month. I am enjoying Boy Scouts more and more.
~

This trip was different than the others because Kailen, being part of the Webelos, had to camp "alone". He set up his own tent with another Webelos help and also cooked his own food.

These were some of the tents they set up and slept in.

~

They weren't very far as you can see from this picture. They were on a really neat hill.

This is a view from my tent.

~

Sugey Bear got to drive us there.

Kidding (:

~

He did enjoy his Big Wheel though. Especially when he raced down the big hill.

Speaking of Planes, Trains, and RVs.....we were right next to an airport and a helicopter field. Not to mention a train track and most of the park was filled with RVs.

~

A lot of neat things flew overhead.

~

Here is one of the RVs that had their front all decorated.

Here is one that had a whole set-up even for their dog including a doggie bridge.

~

There was a bit of wildlife, but not much.

Also, the moon was at it's fullest of the year.

I am very grateful to the other den for taking Kailen in.

They were the Cobras.

Random Camping Pictures

This was taken by one of the Scout Masters. He is a photographer and I love his work. He took this in Key West.
